Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, in the event of cancellation, please note the following policy:
- Full refund: cancellations made up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- 50% refund: cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund: cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled service or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund.

What kind of boat will be used for the tour?
The boat will be assigned according to the number of participants and availability. Discover the available boats by clicking here.
Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions, the tour may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons. The decision to proceed with rescheduling or refunding will be at our discretion, and you will be offered either a new date or a full refund of your deposit.
Is swimming from the boat allowed?
Yes, but only if you choose the Gommone. Alternatively, it will always be possible to swim from the shore during the tour stops.
On-board Restrictions
We kindly ask you to be polite and respectful towards the captain and the vessel, as this is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on board.
Please note that failure to comply with the following restrictions will result in the immediate termination of the activity. In such case, the service will not be refunded.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on board to prevent fire hazards and maintain a clean environment.
No Glassware: To minimize the risk of accidents or injuries, please use only plastic or non-glass containers.
No Standing on Couches: For the safety of passengers and to prevent damage, standing on couches or other seating areas is not permitted. However, passengers may request temporary permission from the captain for taking photographs, which will only be granted if safety conditions and the furniture’s condition allow it.
No Pets: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets are not allowed on board (except service animals).
No Luggage or Strollers: Hard luggage, trolleys, or suitcases are not allowed on board.
Maximum capacity
Each boat can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, including children (counted as adults). For groups of up to 12 people, please contact us via email.
Are food and drinks allowed on board?
We are sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible to bring food or drinks on board. However, you can purchase beverages from our extras.
